Total Mind and Body Transformation

THE wave is the change you need.

Only 15-20 minutes of movement on the Wave can be more impactful than resistance training while creating lasting results and improving quality of life.

not all vibration is created equal

the world is getting more familiar with whole body vibration devices but not all solutions can give you results the wave can!

Follow along to learn the importance of frequency, amplitude and oscillation! Without all of these in alignment, users can experience more pain, no results, and overall disappointment! All of our statements are proven through actual research on THE WAVE PLATFORM - designed by an ankle surgeon!

What is “the Wave”?

The industry began with "whole body vibration" known as high frequency low amplitude and vertical displacement devices. Those versions of whole-body vibration produced minimal results and were far too aggressive and discomforting (Mester 1999).

We now have the Wave which delivers High-Velocity Resistance Training technology at a frequency of 9.5Hz and amplitude between 15-18mm. The platform oscillates creating a much more pleasing experience for the user. The sleek design fits right along with other technological pieces in your home.

what does it do?

This platform oscillates quickly enough to place pressure on your joints, bones and muscles that burns calories by just standing. The oscillating motion mobilizes the hips which alleviates low back pain and excites the nervous system making you stronger and faster.

Starting with body weight exercises and eventually adding weight to the oscillation will further enhance your work out.

Even more interesting, the dramatic affects to reduce pain, lower blood pressure and increase bone density are life changing for all of the people who utilize the Wave.

IS IT HARD TO BALANCE?

The Wave, like any new machine, takes a slight learning curve. Many testimonials state they have no problem balancing after the second work out and feel instantaneously better.

Training is developed to have a natural progression and periodization for novices all the way to experts.

The Wave was designed with the perfect amplitude and oscillation to allow participants an enjoyable experience while losing weight, increasing blood flow, regulation blood pressure, improving strength, flexibility, mobility, and so much more!

Standing on the Wave for a short 10 minutes can undo an entire days worth of tension and stress of sitting behind a desk. Following the training regimes can produce musculature strength that standard resistance training can’t. The Wave has research proving all of the benefits that can be so easy to attain!

Amplitude

The Wave is designed with 15-18mm amplitude. This distance traveled creates higher force against muscles, joints, and bones to uniquely create a stimulus and results similar to resistance training. Most whole body vibration platforms are designed with an amplitude of only 4-6mm.

The forces created by the Wave increase bone density due to the small and repetitive impacts to the body. Improving bone density will reduce the risk and reverse osteopenia and osteoporosis.

Frequency

Research has shown discomfort by the user on platforms that exceed 16Hz. The Wave only has a frequency of 9.75Hz which allows the user to feel comfortable while receiving the maximum benefits.

By reducing the frequency on the plate, users can withstand longer workouts and sessions. By increasing the time on the plate, users will be able to see more results like increased serotin levels, increased blood flow, and reduced blood pressure.

Research has proven that tissue regenerates when the platform vibrates between 10-12Hz. The brain also optimally operates near the 10Hz frequency creating clarity and feelings of euphoria.

Curvature

The curvature is designed to absorb shock and strength ankles. The Wave is the only vibration platform on the market with curvature to keep the exerciser in mind.

The Wave’s sleek and curved design allows for a safer and full body experience for the user. This style proves that whole body vibration improves strength, flexibility, and mobility.

TESTIMONIALS

I am an older lady training for my first marathon. Muscle tiredness and weakness has been an issue after long and short runs so recovery is very important. Since I started using the vibration platform I have noticed the soreness is greatly reduced, almost as if I have received a massage. However, what I did not anticipate was the increased strength in my legs and core. This has allowed me to prepare for my next run with a sense of confidence and hope that I can take on this challenge.

I am 68 years old and have received two knee replacements. After my second knee surgery, I couldn’t sleep at night from the aching and my leg would occasionally give out even with 10 sessions of physical therapy. A friend suggested I try the Arc Wave and sure enough after only three ten minute sessions, my pain has subsided and my knee hasn’t given out. Vibration is definitely a game changer for my continued rehab and longevity.

I was not only able to increase my specific testing metrics, but I noticed significantly more flexibility in my hips and lower body, as well as a flatter midsection. This helped alleviate hip pain, and provided overall better feeling throughout my entire body. This is a great low impact exercise to work the entire body, and i would recommend this to anyone who is looking for a new way to get results. Highly recommended!!

When I first noticed the Arc Wave machines at Vigor Active, I had to check them out. After an initial qualification test, I started attending Rachel Hudler’s classes. I am now working out with the machine at maximum speed. It’s a great 30 minute workout for anyone but especially for this 73 year old member. Rachel has a knack for putting together workouts that are just right.
